In Good Hands by UbiPharm 2023: the event of the pharmaceutical supply chain

On Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 March 2023, the UbiPharm group was happy to meet up with pharmacists from the various countries in which it operates for the sold-out event In Good Hands by UbiPharm, at La Palmeraie in Paris 15th. More than 580 people from Africa, French overseas departments and territories, and France met for that event. 

The UbiPharm group's promise to its partners is that today and tomorrow, they are in good hands, hence the name of the event and, more globally, the embodiment of our service offering: "In Good Hands". The aim of the event was to highlight the health solutions that the group offers to African and Dromedian pharmacists. 

Customers and partners were invited to meet in a convivial setting, to participate in the inspiring speech of Mr. Lilian THURAM, champion football player in 1998, on leadership and surpassing oneself, as well as to exchange around crucial subjects such as the fight against counterfeiting during a round table with a rich panel.  

The teams of Dragon Rouge, a branding agency, also shared their expertise on the power of the brand. As for Dr THIAM, CEO of UbiPharm Senegal, he presented the 5 keys to health solutions at UbiPharm, as well as his colleagues from the different countries where UbiPharm is present.

During this conference day, the guests were able to attend workshops presenting the offers and services of the UbiPharm group to enable them to make health even more accessible and available to the population. In terms of workshops, we found in particular :

• UbiAkwaba Package: support solution for young pharmacists in their installation and in the implementation of their life projects ; 
• PromoNova: a differentiated promotional offer with a personalised service for the pharmacist and laboratory based on new technologies ;
• UbiThera: an umbrella brand of affordable quality generic medicines and parapharmaceuticals including Ubigen (medicines) and Labell (parapharmaceuticals) for populations that do not have access to originator medicines ;
• Homecare: support for overseas departments and territories (Dromians) pharmacists with regards of the accessibitlity to medical equipment for home ;
• UbiAcademy: online training in partnership with « Ma Formation Officinale » in Africa.

The "In Good Hands" event ended with a high-profile gala evening attended by almost 350 pharmacists and partners on Sunday 12th March 2023 at the Élysée Montmartre in Paris, with a fiery performance by the Lanthil Band.
